Booked a room with a tub. The location was peaceful - short walk to "the Nest " restaurant-a very fun Palm Desert hot spot, the a desert, and The Indian Wells Tennis Garden. It also was in the middle of jackson.

We had fashionable, updated room, loved the location, it was easy in the desert. All the staff was really helpful.

We were there for 4 nights and felt will be back. The hotel was clean and the location was beautiful in the middle of jackson. Greatly enjoyed easy check-in and late check-out. You could leave a car onsite.

I spent here 4 good days and will be back. The service at this boutique hotel was excellent. The room with a tub. The staff were both amicable and accommodating. The meals in an outdoor restaurant were good.

Great pool, parking onsite. Exceptionally comfortable bed, good bathroom and central heating, pay TV and a laptop-compatible safe in the room. The location was stunning and good and the staff were exceptional.

The Sands Hotel And Spa was a hidden gem with a beautiful Moroccan spa vibe. The room was modern, functional, and elegantly designed, and the pool area was a perfect place to relax. The staff was polite and accommodating, making our anniversary celebration special.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more attention to the coffee station. It was a bit messy with spilled coffee and sugar packets, and the creamer was not consistently stocked.

Chic hotel, we appreciated it.

Planned to see Indian Wells major attractions and it was incredible base for visiting all of them. Bathroom was particularly good and the room was well-appointed: D

The property had a charming boutique vibe with beautifully designed bathrooms. The pool area was inviting and the sun loungers were comfortable.

The prices for food, drinks, and spa treatments were unreasonably high.

The place is pleasant, the staff are superfriendly and amazingly kind.

No reason to complain, a nice experience, would stay here again. The location is stunning and easy and they have parking on-site...

The newly remodeled property at Sands Hotel And Spa exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The attention to detail, from the wonderful shower to the availability of a patio for enjoying a glass of wine, made the stay even more enjoyable. The location in Palm Desert was also ideal for exploring the surrounding desert area.

Although there were a few minor issues, overall my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.
